Job Summary
Rest Assured Enterprise is seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Newsletter Editor** to manage, develop, and publish engaging newsletters that inform, educate, and connect with our audience. The ideal candidate will oversee editorial planning, content creation, and distribution while ensuring that all materials align with the company’s brand voice and communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, write, edit, and publish company newsletters on a regular schedule.
Develop an editorial calendar and coordinate content contributions from internal teams and external writers.
Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Rest Assured Enterprise’s mission and messaging.
Edit and proofread articles, announcements, and updates before publication.
Design or collaborate with designers to create visually appealing newsletter layouts.
Manage email newsletter platforms and distribution lists.
Track newsletter performance metrics such as open rates, engagement, and subscriber growth.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all newsletter content.
Research relevant topics, trends, and stories that add value to readers.
Ensure compliance with data protection and email marketing regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
Proven experience in editorial work, content writing, or newsletter management.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
Basic understanding of digital analytics and audience engagement.
Preferred Skills
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign.
Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
