Summary
Allstaff Manufacturing has an exciting opportunity for Assembly Operators to work with our client at their site in Thornliebank, on a twilight shift, initially on a temporary basis with a view to becoming a permanent role after 10 weeks.
Hours of work for this role are Monday to Thursday 4.30pm - 10pm.
Our client is a well-established business and are looking to add to their experienced team.
The job duties will include:
Production and assembly of plastic parts
Packing and labelling of bags
Palletising boxed product
Organising goods for despatch
Inspecting parts before and after assembly
Identifying defects or damaged components
Assembling components and sub-assemblies to specification
Using basic hand tools
Operating basic machinery or assembly equipment
The role will involve some machine work and some manual handling.
Manufacturing experience is desired but not essential for this role.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly
