Summary

We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Water, Natural Resources team based in the Midlands.

Location: Midlands - hybrid working available, with travel to sites and offices 2-3 days per weekHours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As our new HR Business Partner, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our people strategy while partnering with senior leadership teams across our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks business. This is a chance to make a genuine impact on our organisation, balancing commercial needs with an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

What will you be responsible for?As a HR Business Partner, you'll be working within the HR team, supporting them in delivering people-focused solutions that align with business objectives. Your day to day will include:

-Partnering with operational leaders to deliver effective people strategies and solutions

-Managing employee relations activities and providing expert HR guidance

-Supporting contract mobilisations and demobilisations with people-focused approaches

-Using data and metrics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement

-Championing our diversity and inclusion initiatives across the business

What are we looking for?This role of HR Business Partner is great for you if:

-You have experience in HR business partnering within medium/large organisations

-You possess strong relationship-building skills and can collaborate effectively at all levels

-You're passionate about employee engagement and have up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation

-You have excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style

-You're delivery focused with a good understanding of talent management and succession planning
