These roles involve teaching pupils across primary and secondary schools in mainstream settings.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons
Support the academic and personal development of all pupils
Work collaboratively with colleagues and MSP teams
Implement curriculum plans and monitor pupil progress
Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion
Experience & Qualifications Required
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching children or young people in primary or secondary schools
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education practices
A proactive, patient, and supportive approach to teaching
Desirable Skills
Experience across different age groups or subjects
Familiarity with assessment and reporting requirements
