UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading colleges and a key partner within the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced manager who will oversee Governance, Growth and Change to support the College’s strategic development, financial recovery, and organisational transformation.

The Governance, Growth and Change Manager is a new post that will play a critical role in the colleges financial recovery by strengthening our governance processes, developing the colleges new growth strategy, and helping support colleagues deliver internal efficiencies through continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Depute Principal, you will provide leadership across governance and compliance, organisational change, growth and commercial development, and communications. The role will support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Management to ensure effective governance arrangements, develop external partnerships, and deliver initiatives that improve organisational performance and support sustainable growth.

You will be qualified to SCQF Level 9 (or equivalent experience) and bring experience of governance, change management, partnership development, or strategic project delivery within a complex organisation. Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Experience within a Scottish public body or education environment is desirable.
