Summary
Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead on the end-to-end recruitment cycle from registration to first shift Send Welcome information and links to introductory meeting monitoring attendance and completion Answering any questions from new joiners before and during onboarding Arrange the training systems inductions and site inductions for all new Federation service staff Ensure all new staff added to the rota are compliant to statutory requirements and that the service holds the necessary documentation as per set guidelines Maintain the staff database with details and paperwork for all staff and escalate any issues with staff compliance to the Operational Support Lead Arrange new staff access to Federation clinical systems and other IT setup Arrange allocation and collection of IT equipment where appropriate Monitoring the email inboxes for any onboarding queries or compliance documents sent Communicate with new joiners throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates to any queries Support pre-screening activities including CV reviews Maintain accurate and up to date records in the Workforce Platform - Luna Provide administrative support when needed to the Delivery Team Work collaboratively to help develop and promote a positive working culture, encouraging staff participation and involvement in developing improving and promoting the service Ensure adherence to efficient administrative processes within the service Responsible for managing workload and adhering to targets set to onboard new joiners Develop and report on new joiner onboarding experience Track recruitment metrics - time to hire and pipeline activity Offboarding leavers including removing access to systems. Ensuring any equipment is returned in a timely manner Ensure all current staff records have current contractual compliance, such as contract, indemnity insurance, DBS and professional registration Ensure all current staff records are up to date with training and manage appropriately if not compliant Personal Performance Management Maintain productive relationships encouraging the giving and receiving of regular feedback to create and maintain a culture of constantly seeking to refine and improve the service Engage with internal and external stakeholders Engage with service users to understand peoples experience and to measure levels of satisfaction with services.
