Summary
CQC Registered Manager (6-Month Contract)
Location: Hackney
Contract: Fixed term - 6 months
Start: ASAP (Managing 7 sites)
Salary: 42K + London Weighting (Pro rata)
We are currently seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to join our clients team on a 6 month fixed term contract to lead and stabilise the services in Hackney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands on manager with strong regulatory knowledge who can ensure high quality, person centred care while maintaining full CQC compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and day to day management of the service
- Maintain CQC registration and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulations and standards
- Lead, support, and develop the staff team
- Oversee care quality, safeguarding, audits, and risk management
- Liaise with commissioners, families, and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare for inspections where required
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing a regulated care service
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, legislation, and best practice
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage change effectively
