Summary
Performance Coach Hounslow
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Location: Ingeus.co.uk Restart Hounslow office
Contract: Permanent Fixed office worker
Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00
As our Performance Coach, you will work closely with our frontline Employment Advisors to offer feedback through one‑to‑one and group coaching observations, helping advisors strengthen their skills, overcome performance barriers, and consistently meet and exceed their business targets.
Our Performance Coach will liaise with Business Managers and Team Leaders to provide updates on were Employment Advisors could develop further and offer feedback for improvement to meet operational demands.
As our Performance Coach, you'll:
- Observe Employment Advisors conducting face to face appointments to determine appropriate coaching support required
- Coach and motivate Employment Advisors in a constructive, compliant, and ethical way, to help them meet and exceed their targets
- Provide constructive/developmental feedback on observations to our Employment Advisors
- Provide regular updates to the management team regarding the Employment Advisors progress, ensuring that any development needs are addressed
- Refine and review coaching techniques to ensure continual improvement is maintained.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure agreed outcomes are delivered.
As our Performance Coach, you'll have:
- Proven experience of developing people to achieve stretching business targets in a highly targeted environment.
- The ability to identify and give constructive feedback effectively
- Experience of delivering effective coaching/mentoring methods across multiple different channels (individual/small/large groups and face to face, telephone, remotely etc.).
- Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to speak confidently and pitch at all levels.
- Proficiency in using different IT applications such as Microsoft Office, Power BI as well as CRM systems.
