Summary

Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Contract Type: Fixed term for 12 months
Salary: £62,424.36 (£68,995.23 is achieved after 12 successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, full time
Working Pattern: precise as possible
Location: Scheme/Office name, Town/City

The difference you will make as a Lead Business Analyst
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading on the analysis of complex business problems to develop high level designs of new solutions within Riverside whilst working closely with and reporting to the Business Architect.

About you
We are looking for someone with
• Experience of providing leadership and successfully leading and motivating teams
• Experience of working alongside Business Architecture
• Experience of influencing and persuading at both strategic and operational levels in a challenging and complex stakeholder environment
