What will you be doing?

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and attract the right talent
  • Write and publish engaging job adverts
  • Coordinate shortlisting and interviews in line with safer recruitment standards
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience
  • Process pre-employment checks, offers and contracts accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment data using HR systems
  • Liaise with agencies and support temporary staffing where required
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment events

Skills/Experience we are looking for:

  • Experience supporting or delivering end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with HR systems and managing data
  • Knowledge of safer recruitment and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies at any one time

Qualifications that will benefit you in the role:

  • Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • CIPD level 3 qualification (desirable) - attained, working towards or aspiration to gain.
  • Relevant professional qualification to Human Resources and/or Business administration (desirable).
