Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead a small, general nursing home.
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and lead a committed team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the team to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to all residents in line with regulatory standards.
Manage staffing levels, rosters, and recruitment.
Ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Practice and relevant healthcare legislation.
Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational performance.
Foster a positive and caring environment within the home.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC pin required).
Proven management experience within a nursing or care home setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and healthcare standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to providing the best care for residents.
