Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent Nursing Home Manager with an RGN qualification for our well-presented nursing home in Leeds, which has received positive reviews on carehome.co.uk. The role requires a strong leader who can engage and motivate staff effectively. The home is in need of some turnaround, as the last inspection was rated as "Requires Improvement."
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Implement strategies to improve the quality of care and service.
- Engage and motivate the nursing and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Work collaboratively with the senior management team to achieve organizational goals.
