Summary
Assisting with processing invoices and purchase orders Supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions Helping to maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Assisting with petty cash management Supporting month-end and year-end financial closing activities Helping to prepare basic financial reports and summaries Learning to use accounting software, such as Sage or similar systems Assisting with data entry and ensuring accuracy of financial data Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks Participating in training sessions to develop financial knowledge and skills
