Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Philosophical, Anthropological and Film Studies as an Undergraduate Administrator at the University of St Andrews. This is a part-time position, with the successful candidate working 21.75 hours per week. The role holder will be part of a Teaching Team of four and the wider Professional Services Team of fifteen, supporting the full student journey from application through to graduation.
The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise the needs of students, academic staff, and the School. They will demonstrate excellent teamworking and relationship‑building skills, sound judgement, and effective problem‑solving abilities.
Experience in a similar role in a University or research environment with an understanding of teaching within Higher Education would be advantageous.
