The Role – Nursing Home Manager

As Nursing Home Manager, you’ll have full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, with the freedom to lead in your own style.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall leadership of the nursing home
Acting as the NMC‑registered clinical lead
Maintaining and exceeding CQC standards
Supporting, mentoring, and retaining the nursing team
Overseeing care planning, audits, and governance
Managing staffing, budgets, and occupancy
Building strong relationships with families and professionals
Ensuring the home continues to deliver safe, person‑centred care
Who We’re Looking For

RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN (essential)
Experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong understanding of CQC compliance and clinical governance
Confident, visible leader with excellent people skills
Someone who values stability, quality, and long‑term leadership
