    • Collaborate with team members and liaise with customers onsite

    • Travel to UK and international customer sites as required (approx. 30–40% of the time)

      • Apprentice-trained or qualified Electrical Fitter / Mechanical-Electrical Fitter preferred

      • 3+ years’ experience building/installing industrial machinery or conveyors

      • Skilled in using hand tools and power tools

      • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings

      • Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems, including valves, is a plus

      • Experience with medium-sized assemblies and sub-assemblies

      • Familiarity with hygienic environments and health & safety standards

      • Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

        Key Requirements

        • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision

        • Willingness to learn new skills and methods

        • Flexible and able to travel internationally (typically up to 2 weeks at a time, ~6 trips/year)

        • Trustworthy, reliable, and a strong communicator

        • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

        • Positive “can-do” attitude

        • Full UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points)

        • British/EU passport holders only (required for USA/Canada travel)

        • No criminal convictions preventing overseas travel

        • Presentable, articulate, and professional

        • Committed to health and safety — never taking shortcuts

          What’s on Offer

          • £17.50 per hour

          • Overtime at 1.5x during busy periods and travel

          • International travel to USA and Canada with hotel accommodation and daily allowance

          • Uniform and PPE provided
