SME / Mid-Market Focus
80% of Billings + Equity Participation

Jurit LLP is a boutique law firm consisting of experienced, top-quality lawyers. We are a virtual firm offering total flexibility, autonomy, and generous fee-sharing arrangements to our lawyers.

This opportunity is strictly for established Corporate lawyers seeking to join Jurit LLP as a Partner and operate their own practice within our platform. It is not a salaried position.

Build a highly profitable Corporate practice — and keep the majority of what you generate.

We are expanding our Corporate team with a clear focus on the SME and mid-market sector. This opportunity is designed for established Corporate Partners who advise owner-managed businesses, growth companies and private shareholders — and who want a more commercially intelligent platform.

The Financial Model

We operate a transparent consultancy-based structure:

• 80% of billings collected as standard
• 20% fee allocation on internal referrals
• Equity participation through profit share units
• Professional indemnity insurance included
• Full infrastructure and compliance support provided

For partners billing £500k–£1m+, this structure can significantly outperform traditional salaried or equity partnership models.

Your Practice

We are particularly interested in partners with experience advising:

• Owner-managed and family businesses
• Private company M&A (buy-side and sell-side)
• Shareholder exits
• MBOs / MBIs
• Growth capital and investment transactions
• Strategic acquisitions

The typical deal profile sits within the SME and mid-market space, working closely with entrepreneurial management teams and investors.

What You Bring

• 10+ years PQE (England & Wales qualified)
• An established portable client following
• Strong SME / mid-market corporate experience
• A commercial and growth-focused mindset
• Ability to collaborate within a partner-led environment

This role is best suited to proven performers with an existing practice.
