Summary
ROLE: Bodyshop Painter
LOCATION: Shoreham-by-Sea
SALARY: 40k (plus performance related bonus) + benefits
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00 – 1.00
Flame Recruitment is looking for someone with experience in the automotive body shop environment, either with a franchise or independent as a Bodyshop Painter.
As a Body Shop Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles are completed to the highest possible standard for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
· Complete paint work to an extremely high standard;
· Complete work in an efficient time without effecting quality;
· Clean and prepare vehicle body surfaces;
· Ensure all equipment and tools are used in accordance with safety requirements;
· Ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained;
· Ensure PPE is cleaned and maintained;
· Liaise with our Body Repair team to ensure an efficient workflow;
Key skills:
· Impeccable attention to detail;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Pride in tasks undertaken and completed;
· Excellent timekeeper and punctual
Experience:
• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Painer / Car Painter / Car Sprayer in body repair is essential
• Full UK DL
• Qualification including ATA or NVQ Level 3 are highly desired
