Summary
The key areas within this role will be to assist the department senior sister/matron in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of services and to provide clinical and managerial leadership for nursing and support staff. There will be an expectation that you can deputise for department senior sister/matron in their absence, with this role you will also be expected to take a lead on clinical practice issues.You will be required to work a 24/7 rotational shift pattern of days, nights and twilights.
