Our client is looking for a driven, hands-on Press Supervisor to lead their Press Department to the next level. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, have solid experience with press brake machines, and know how to get the very best out of a team — this could be your perfect move.
What You’ll Be Doing-
Lead, inspire, and motivate a skilled team to smash production targets.

Operate and oversee press brake machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Drive performance through KPIs and champion continuous improvement using Lean principles.

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency at all times.

Oversee daily production planning, resource management, and machine availability.

Troubleshoot production challenges and keep operations running smoothly.

Support training and development to build a high-performing team.

Collaborate across departments to improve processes and deliver for customers.
What We’re Looking For-
Essential: Proven experience operating and supervising press brake machines.

Previous experience in a manufacturing/press environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Sharp attention to detail and confident problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Sage 200 experience is a bonus).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
