What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a skilled team to smash production targets.

  • Operate and oversee press brake machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency.

  • Drive performance through KPIs and champion continuous improvement using Lean principles.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency at all times.

  • Oversee daily production planning, resource management, and machine availability.

  • Troubleshoot production challenges and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Support training and development to build a high-performing team.

  • Collaborate across departments to improve processes and deliver for customers.

    What We’re Looking For
    • Essential: Proven experience operating and supervising press brake machines.

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing/press environment.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

    • Sharp attention to detail and confident problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Sage 200 experience is a bonus).

    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.

      Why This Role?
      • Early Friday finish – because work-life balance matters.

      • Opportunity to make a real impact within a growing operation.

      • A leadership role where your ideas and improvements will be valued.

      • Competitive salary reflecting your experience and expertise.

If you’re an experienced press brake professional ready to step up (or continue thriving) in a leadership role — we want to hear from you.
