The Role

As the Contracts Manager, you will be at the heart of the Directorates' operations, based at our Gipsy Lane, Headington campus. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will provide critical advice, guidance, and administrative management for all ITS and ASA contracts.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day to day will involve high level coordination and technical contract administration:
- Reviewing, issuing, and managing the renewal or termination of standard and bespoke contracts
- Working directly with Senior Legal Officers to develop contract templates and scrutinise tender documentation
- Tracking supplier performance indicators and reporting findings to relevant teams to ensure internal transparency
- Maintaining an accurate contracts portfolio database within ServiceNow
- Partnering with Finance, Procurement, and Legal services to mitigate financial risks and prevent disputes

About You

You are a detail oriented professional who thrives in a multidimensional team environment. You possess the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting deadlines. Your excellent communication skills allow you to present facts clearly to senior stakeholders, and you approach service provision with a customer oriented mindset.

You Must Have

- A solid understanding of legal terminology and previous experience working with contract regulations
- Significant experience in a professional office environment, including collaborative work with legal, finance, or procurement functions
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

About the Location

This role is based on a Hybrid working model, with the primary base being the Headington Campus.
