Summary
WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES WANTED - RADCLIFFE
Join a fast-paced distribution centre in Radcliffe and become part of a hardworking team supplying major supermarkets
❄️ Work in ambient, chilled & freezer environments
Pick and pack goods using handheld scanners
Operate EPTs (Electric Pallet Trucks) & pump trucks
Load goods into roll cages
Meet performance & accuracy targets
Follow all health & safety procedures This Role Is For You If You:
Can walk up to 25,000 steps per shift
️ Are physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy items
Are happy working in cold temperatures
⚡ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment ⏰ Hours of Work:
️ 06:00 - 18:00 (4 on / 4 off)
️ 10:00 - 18:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
️ 10:00 - 18:00 (Tuesday to Saturday)
No night shifts available at the moment Induction & Training:
️ Full 5-day induction required
⏰ 06:00 - 14:00 shift for all 5 days
❗ You must attend all 5 days to pass and continue employment Pay Rates:
£12.21 per hour (Weekdays)
£13.43 per hour (Weekends)
⏰ Overtime paid after 45 hours at time and a quarter Onsite Facilities & Support:
️ Canteen onsite
Butty van available
Safety boots & hi-vis provided
Dedicated 24-hour consultant support
Regular on-site visits for help and guidance ✅ Requirements:
✔️ Previous warehouse experience (essential)
✔️ Comfortable in chilled/freezer conditions
✔️ Physically fit for a demanding role
✔️ Basic numeracy & literacy skills (testing required)
✔️ Willing to work weekends & overtime Important - Drug & Alcohol Testing:
Pre-employment urine test required
❗ Recreational substances taken within the last 3 months may show
