We are looking for a talented and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative chef who thrives in a smaller environment, balancing high-end hospitality (70%) with a small but important staff dining offer (30%). From elegant private dinners and canapés to seasonal BBQ events, you will take pride in delivering quality, consistency, and innovation across every service.
What you’ll be doing as a Head Chef:
- Leading fine dining service for Executive Floor events (2–30 guests)
- Managing a maximum of 140 covers per day during peak periods
- Preparing high-quality sandwiches, canapés, and a small but creative staff dining offer
- Creating innovative, seasonal menus with a strong focus on presentation and flavour
- Working collaboratively with people across the building to ensure a smooth service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and consistency
What you\\'ll need to succeed:
- Experience in both fine dining and staff dining environments
- Creative and confident in menu development and presentation
- Comfortable working independently while leading and developing others
- Experienced in managing kitchen operations, ordering, and cost control
- Open to a talented Sous Chef ready to step into a Head Chef position
