- and right now we are looking to recruit for a Membership Sales Advisor to join our Team.
You’ll play a key part in promoting our centre’s facilities, guiding potential members, and building trusted relationships that support long‑term growth. Your work helps create a welcoming environment that inspires people to stay active, feel supported, and achieve their goals.

What you’ll do as a Membership Sales Advisor You’ll be entrusted to:
- Promote the centre’s products, services, and membership options
- Encourage and engage potential customers and members
- Conduct tours of the facilities and provide an excellent experience
- Advise the Commercial Manager and support lead‑generation plans
- Increase membership sales in line with targets
- Maintain and develop a customer database
- Use and understand a computerised membership database system
- Keep informed about competitors and monthly promotions
- Carry out additional duties as required by the General Manager

- Experience in a sales‑driven or marketing‑focused environment
- IT literate with experience using various systems
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent planning, attention to detail, teamwork, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven environment
- Good presentation skills
