Pay Rate: £12.46 per hour (increasing after training)
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Overtime: Available
About the Role
We are recruiting a Processor Room Operator to join a busy production environment in the NG13 area. This is a long‑term opportunity with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks.
Key Duties
- Operating machinery and equipment in the processing room
- Monitoring production lines and ensuring smooth workflow
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Recording production data accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Supporting other departments when required
Requirements
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Previous production or processing experience is an advantage
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
