Hours of work:
Weekdays: 05:30 – 15:00 (occasional late finish)
Weekends: ~05:30 – 13:00

We would like to welcome you to the cheese-making community and offer a unique partnering experience when you first start, so all elements of the cheese-making process are understood.
What You’ll Do:
· Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
· Manual handling (heavy lifting of 10-25kg involved)
· Mixing, rubbing, turning cheese
· Further duties offered as you develop an understanding of how cheese is made
About You:
· A hard-working, self-motivated individual
· Excellent time management
· Good communication skills
· Experience in food manufacturing not necessary, but a plus
· Knowledge of food safety and Health & Safety practices is a plus
· The ability to perform the essential physical functions of this role is a core requirement
