St Mary’s Catholic School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated SEND Support Assistant to join our supportive and committed team.
This role involves providing targeted support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, helping them to access learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential within a nurturing classroom environment.
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience of working with children with additional needs
• Be patient, adaptable and positive in their approach
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
• Be committed to supporting inclusion and pupil wellbeing
