Your role as an Administrator in Renewables
Assist the wider energy transition admin team
Support the team and build strong working relationships across Liberty
Respond to email queries from colleagues and clients
Record accurate information in relevant systems and maintain project records
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying and filing
Communicate updates clearly and on time to colleagues
Support operational teams in meeting targets and resolving supplier delays
Assist field staff with admin tasks
Capture and file compliance documentation
Reprogram door fobs and carry out other associated tasks
What We Need from You.
A good level of education (GCSE or equivalent)
Strong administrative and IT skills
Confident using computerised database systems (experience beneficial)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access
Ability to work to deadlines with strong communication skills
Experience within a social housing environment is desirable
