Summary
• Understand, contribute, and comply to Health and safety at work.

• Assist in coordinating office operations and procedures
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars
• Support the Administration team with various administrative tasks-
• Such as organising export documentation, setting up suppliers and customers.
• Process all required paperwork to ensure correct and accurate data within the companies IT records.
• Training on the company's ERP system software will be provided along with support in learning the company's warehouse procedures.
• Filing, printing, and scanning documents.
• Always maintaining a clean and clutter-free working environment.•
An individual who has a proactive approach to their work.
