We are looking for a conscientious and self motivated Regional Premises Manager to join our supportive and collaborative team.
This role forms part of a regional, shared-service model supporting a number of academies. You would be expected to support the
role and team across the regions as required.

We strive to provide an aesthetically stimulating, nurturing environment for all our pupils and staff to learn, work, and play
safely.   The Regional Premises Manager will play a crucial role in keeping our schools in perfect condition so our children can
access the first-class education we can offer in an environment that is clean, safe and secure. You will have responsibility for
security, monitoring, cleaning, building and maintenance.

As a Regional Premises Manager you will be conscientious, dynamic and work well as part of the wider trust Estates team.  To be
considered for this role, you will need experience and knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance, to ensure the school
complies with all aspects of health and safety. You will be responsible for all planned maintenance, health and safety
compliance, including carrying out and reviewing premises-related risk assessments and action plans. A good selection of DIY /
Handyperson skills is essential.




The ideal Regional Premises Manager will be someone who is:

* A great communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills

* Ability to prioritise and manage workload to successfully deliver to deadlines

* Practical in maintenance and DIY skills

* Able to act as a primary key holder, ensuring security is maintained at all times.

* Conscientious, methodical and a good record keeper

* Able to be flexible in their approach to planning and their working day
