Summary

Are you passionate about ministry and making a positive impact in the lives of children, youth, and families?

Halo Staffing is seeking a motivated and organised Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to support and lead faith-based programs within a military chapel community at RAF Fairford.

Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and overseeing weekly youth groups and children’s Sunday School programs.
Planning seasonal events and faith-based activities throughout the year.
Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers.
Managing schedules, attendance records, and program communications.
Assisting with annual calendar planning and budget tracking.
Ensuring all programs reflect Protestant beliefs and values.

Requirements:
Experience in ministry leadership, youth programs, or religious education preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-faith environment.
Confidence with administrative tasks and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of Protestant theology and worship practices.
Fluent in English.
Right to work in the UK.
