Summary
The appointee will have dedicated secretarial support, a PC with internet access and office facilities. There is a monthly formal Consultants Meeting to discuss administrative issues. The appointee will be required to undertake administrative duties in relation to the care of his/her patients and in relation to the running of services in conjunction with the Specialty Manager and Clinical Director within a context of compliance with Directorate aims and objectives. The appointee is entitled to become a member of the Medical Staff Committee of the hospital.
