Hours per week:
Mon to Friday - 6 hours (2:1 basis for PAs) 15 hours per week for a team lead
Hourly pay rate:
PAs = £23.23 per hour / team lead = £30 per hour

If you are enthusiastic, motivated and are interested in working within a family home with a young woman who is amazing and who has a learning disability autism, epilepsy, complex emotional needs and can display behaviours that challenge, we would like to hear from you. You will be working within East Sussex in the Battle area.
You will be required to carry out duties involving supporting a young person and with all aspects of her daily life including personal care and in time access her local community
As a valued member of the team, we will provide you with the necessary training to ensure you are adequately prepared for the challenges of your role and given support and guidance
The successful candidate will be caring, reliable, have a degree of fitness but most of committed to delivering the highest possible standard of care.
Duties include:
- Personal grooming
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Other relevant duties as required
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Dressing / undressing
- Provide supervision and keep her safe
- Assist with accessing the community
- Support with her emotion and mental wellbeing
- Drive the accessible vehicle when working with her
Candidate qualities:
