Do you take pride in delivering high-quality care to people in your community? Then a career as a Field Care Supervisor with Routes Healthcare could be exactly the right move.

A little about us
At Routes, we're an incredible team of people from all walks of life, brought together by one thing: we all care about making a difference. Not just for our clients, but for our workers too.
For the last 15 years, we've been delivering high standards of care that put people's wants and needs at the heart of everything we do — helping people live the way they choose, at home.
If that sounds like a company you'd like to be part of, we're already on to a winner. But let us sweeten the deal a little more.
We want to help you flourish — Routes gives you the tools so you can focus on what truly matters: delivering great care to your community.
What does that look like in practice?
- Centralised support teams keeping things running smoothly in the background — HR, Payroll, Quality and Marketing to name a few
- Our in-house recruitment team ensuring you have the staff you need, with zero agency use
- Routes Academy — keeping the team highly trained and giving both you and our care workers real opportunities to progress and develop
- Digital Care Plans for a more efficient, modern operation
- Our own friendly IT team on hand whenever you need them
And of course, the perks:
- Wellbeing and financial support through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays — and an extra day off for your birthday
- Buy and sell holiday scheme
- Pension scheme
- A competitive salary plus an attractive bonus package based on service performance
- A fun, friendly and genuinely supportive place to work
What we're looking for
- Someone passionate about putting people first
- At least 1 year's experience working in community care
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Particiapate in the on call rota (essential for this role)
- A good understanding of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their wider care team
- An NVQ in Health and Social Care would be a great bonus
- A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for this role)
What your day-to-day will look like
- Developing care plans and risk assessments
- Overseeing the safe administration of medicines
- Carrying out observations, spot checks and quality assurance visits
- Completing and updating care records on our in-house systems
- Supporting your Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality care service
- Managing on-call duties on a rotating basis
This could be the start of something really special — for you and for the people in your community whose lives you'll help to change. We'd love to hear from you.
