South London - Early Years Nursery Practitioner - Immediate Start
A bright and supportive nursery in Brixton is currently seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join the friendly team of staff!

Prior experience working with children under 5 within a nursery or childcare setting would be ideal, and a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for the suitable Nursery Practitioner.
Strong knowledge of EYFS and children's learning and development is important for this Early Years Nursery Practitioner position, as you will be a key part of preparing young children for their future, and supporting their growth and development during their most formative years.
As a Nursery Practitioner, your days will be spent:
• Planning and delivering play-based learning activities and exploration based on the EYFS curriculum that promote children's learning and development
• Supporting and assisting with early reading, vocabulary, literacy and communication development
• Encouraging development through play and exploration
• Assisting with the development of early maths skills
• Carrying out observations and assessing key children's progress and development
• Establishing positive relationships with children and their families
