Summary

This welcoming nursery in Croydon is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join the dedicated and hardworking team!

Working 40 hours per week throughout the year, this is a permanent Early Years Nursery Practitioner position that offers exciting benefits such as performance bonuses, additional training opportunities, and a competitive salary ranging from £24k-£30k per annum.

As a Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive care and support to children in the nursery
• Implementing the EYFS curriculum to promote children’s learning and development
• Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s progress
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
• Collaborating with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents/guardians
• Supporting the management team to deliver care and education of the highest quality

Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner is essential, along with a minimum Level 2/3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
