Shifts will include some late evenings
Do you have the motivation to see young people thrive? Join our dynamic housing team where you will support our Housing Services Manager to ensure provision of high-quality, person-centred support to our residents. The role includes, but is not limited to:
/Engaging with young people identifying their passions, personal needs, and aspirations and helping to remove any barriers which prevents them achieving their full potential.
/Conducting interviews with applicants, performing the appropriate needs and risk assessments and reference checks before offering accommodation.
/Ensuring minimal vacancies by promptly arranging cleaning and preparing flats to be re-let as quickly as possible.
/Visiting properties as agreed, to ensure safety, overall good condition, and residents’ adherence to the licence agreement.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, approachable, and wanting to inspire young people. You will need to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of agencies. Therefore, excellent communication skills are a must.
