Summary

MIG Welder / Fabricator

Location: Droitwich
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £15.50 per hour (rising to £16.00 per hour after successful probation)
Overtime: Unlimited overtime available paid at 1.5x
Contract: Straight Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

• MIG welding on mild steel (up to 30mm)

  
  

• Structural & plate welding

  
  

• Working confidently from engineering drawings

  
  

• Measuring, cutting, drilling & full fabrication

  
  

• Operating saws, table drills & folding machinery

  
  

• Setting up and adjusting your own welding machine

  
  

• Working to deadlines without compromising quality

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years proven MIG welding & fabrication experience

    
    

  • Strong experience working from technical drawings

    
    

  • Able to set and adjust welding machines independently

    
    

  • Experience using saws, drills & fabrication equipment

    
    

  • Structural welding experience

    
    

  • Team player with a strong work ethic

    
    

  • Happy to work overtime when required

    
    

  • Comfortable working to strict deadlines
