Summary
Full Time 37.5 hours per week - There are various shifts on a full time basis, covering earlies, lates and alternate weekends on a rota (no sleep-ins)

We're looking for an upbeat, proactive Support Worker to join our small, happy service where we support people to live full, meaningful, and connected lives. Our residents are active members of their local community, and we're looking for people who can help them continue to thrive.
You'll be supporting three ladies and one gentleman with autism and learning disabilities, helping them with every aspect of daily life — from fun activities and community involvement to personal care, moving and assisting, and attending medical appointments. Every day is different, and every day you'll be making a real difference.
What We're Looking For - We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- Enthusiastic, fun-loving, and positive
- Passionate about helping people live more independently
- Comfortable with lone working, as you'll often support someone one-to-one in their own home
- Confident with cooking, daily living skills, and supporting people to make choices
- Able to complete paperwork and use basic computer systems
- Willing to provide personal care and moving & assisting support
- Drivers are preferred, but this is not essential.
