With a restaurant renowned for its modern British cuisine, seasonal menus, and locally sourced produce, this hotel is a firm favourite in the county — and now they’re looking for a passionate, driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring consistently high standards of food and beverage service

• Working closely with the kitchen and senior management

• Developing your wine knowledge and contributing to the beverage offering

• A full UK driving licence (essential)

What’s In It For You?

£30,000–£35,500 salary (depending on experience and contracted hours)
Approx. £5,000 per year in service charge/gratuities
• Guaranteed 40–48 hours per week (flexible options available)
• Mainly straight shifts (with occasional split shifts)
