Duties:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of German and high-performance vehicles, including passenger cars, vans, and heavy machinery
- Conducting comprehensive diagnostics utilizing main dealer diagnostic equipment
- Performing complex repairs such as timing chains, gearboxes, and other heavy mechanical tasks
- Carrying out MOT testing if qualified, or training towards MOT qualification if not currently certified
- Maintaining accurate service, repair, and inspection records
- Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Assisting in troubleshooting a wide range of vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ post-apprenticeship experience working with premium vehicle brands
- Valid MOT test licence or a willingness to undertake training to qualify for MOT testing
- Strong diagnostic skills with experience using dealer-standard tools and scanners
- Ability to service, diagnose, and repair a broad spectrum of vehicle issues
- Own set of mechanics tools
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Knowledge of German vehicle systems such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, or Porsche is highly desirable
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous professional development
