What skills and experience we're looking for
We are interested in teachers with Qualified Teacher Status who:
• Have experience, or teaching practice, in the primary age range.
• Are passionate about teaching and enjoy using creative and innovative approaches.
• Put the pupils at the heart of all they do, sharing high expectations for all.
• Understand how to remove barriers and adapt learning to meet the needs of all learners.
• Can nurture pupils to be compassionate, courageous and creative young citizens.
• Can create a calm and purposeful learning environment conducive to learning.
• Can spark pupils’ curiosity by sharing their own interests and ideas beyond the curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals.
• Have a great sense of humour, and who can work effectively as part of a team.
