Summary
My client is looking to recruit a site manager for a 6 week contract to carry out a refurbishment project in Swindon.
Candidates must have worked for a main contractor in the past and worked on refurbishment projects.
The successful candidate must be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Swindon.
Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid and be from a trades background with a solid work history as a site manager.
This is a 23rd March 2026 start for the right candidate and due to the amount of work the client is currently being awarded there could be potentially more work for the successful after the initial 6 weeks.
