Here at The Best Connection we are recruiting for a General Operative to join our client in Farnham. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product enquiries
- Receiving, unloading, and merchandising stock
- Plant care including watering, pruning, and general maintenance
- Keeping all areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Supporting seasonal displays and promotional setups
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good level of physical fitness (role involves lifting and outdoor work)
- Flexibility to busy seasonal periods
- Previous horticulture experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be able to drive to the location.
