Summary

An opportunity has arisen within our Clinical Systems team for a candidate with proven experience working with clinical systems, including SystmOne, as well as demonstrated expertise in project leadership and management. Looking for flexible work options? Our hybrid model lets you split your time between home and our Business Support Centre, located in Hull

This role helps colleagues deliver safe, high‑quality care by making sure our clinical systems work smoothly and support the information they need.

You’ll be part of a friendly digital team that maintains and improves key systems such as Electronic Patient Record tools. Your work will support clinicians, service managers and partners by ensuring systems are reliable, well‑designed and meet the needs of the people who use them.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and support the implementation and development of clinical systems, including system setup and reporting
• Manage projects, balancing priorities and working with teams across the organisation
• Provide guidance, problem‑solving and training to help colleagues use systems confidently
• Analyse data and system performance to improve reporting and support decision making
• Line‑manage team members and contribute to service development
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with clinical systems, such as SystmOne or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Confidence in managing projects and working independently
• Ability to solve complex problems and use sound judgement
• A graduate‑level qualification or equivalent experience in information systems

You’ll travel around East Riding and occasionally to the North West to assist clinical and public health teams with their clinical systems. You will oversee the Clinical Systems team, ensuring effective management while also prioritising both your workload and that of your team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring that every stage of system implementation within CHCP is well-organised and executed efficiently.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value the ideas people bring. We’re committed to fairness, respect and inclusion, and we encourage applications from diverse communities.

At CHCP, we’re passionate about people, we recognise that high quality care is delivered by high quality professionals who are appreciated, respected, and supported, which is why we want to give all our colleagues the chance to shine.

Work with us and you’ll be more than just a number. Our people are our shareholders, and their thoughts and opinions are always heard; at CHCP you have a real voice.

Compassion is at the heart of our business; our colleagues work together to deliver first class healthcare to thousands of people. Local diversity demands diverse roles, that’s why we have vacancies to suit everybody. No matter your role at CHCP, we’ll support you to thrive.
