This includes ensuring all staff and visitors have the correct photo ID, management of keys, fobs and alarms and recording who is in the building. Ensure smooth flow for staff, patients and visitors both entering and exiting the building Scanning confidential documents Completing security induction for new staff Managing Clees car diary Informing nursing team when service users have returned to the unit from unescorted leave Ordering items on e-procurement Keeping up to date on mandatory and essential training. Using Microsoft on a daily basis including word, excel and teams.
