What You'll Be Doing:
• Orchestrating exemplary SEND provision across all key stages as SENDCO
• Holding responsibility for drafting, actioning, and evaluating EHCPs
• Leading and training a multidisciplinary teaching and support team to ensure consistently outstanding SEN outcomes
• Collaborating with SLT, external agencies, and families to drive a holistic child-centred approach
• Ensuring compliance with statutory SEND Code of Practice and championing the school’s values in every forum
• Monitoring impact, driving up achievement and access for students with diverse needs
