Assistant Supply Chain Manager
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Assistant Supply Chain Managerbased at Wexham Park Hospital. This is a fantastic chance for someone with a strong understanding of supply chain, management and inventory systems who is ready to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking NHS Trust.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience insupply chain or inventory management, ideally within a healthcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of theInventory Management Systems
• Confident in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision
• Previous experiencemanaging or supervisinga team
• Strong understanding ofstock control processesand the use of information systems
As part of our commitment to innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement, the Trust introduced an Inventory Management System to support theScan4Safetyprogramme. You will play a key role in managing and driving change across Supply Chain operations, working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Procurement Team Manager / Inventory Manager. Your focus will be on managing the teams providing strong leadership, ensuring team compliance and that the service runs smoothly and efficiently, co-ordinating staff appropriately. As the site lead you will be expected to be proficient in Inventory Management and Logistics functions and be able to perform these functions when required.
