Location: Margate, CT9
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Shift: Day ~ 05:00 - 15:00- 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
HR GO are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established & successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Experience in food production is essential, particularly in bakery operations - but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
⚖️ Weigh and measure ingredients
️ Portion and divide product quantities
Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
Prepare and shape dough
Bake products in industrial ovens
✅ Perform quality control checks
