About the Role
Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our Rollers Department on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to secure a permanent position with a growing company.
Your Mission is Simple:
Produce high-quality products efficiently and ensure every order leaves the factory to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manufacture products to exact specifications and quality standards
- Check stock and materials, reporting any shortages or defects
- Process and dispatch orders accurately to meet delivery deadlines
- Keep the Production Supervisor updated on progress and any issues
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working area
- Support other departments when required
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures
- Take part in stock checks
- ⏱ Be flexible with overtime when required (with reasonable notice)
⭐ What We're Looking For:
- ✋ Good manual dexterity and ability to stand and lift during shifts
- Positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player who can also work independently once trained
- Good numeracy, literacy (English) and basic IT skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ⏰ Reliable with excellent time management
Important - Interview Requirement
All candidates will be required to complete a numeracy test as part of the interview process.
